Bought a couple of these to give a little class to wine consumption in the park. I like the look of the glasses. The plastic base has a metal threaded stud that screws into the base of the glass. When unscrewed the stem inserts into the bowl of the glass and there are plastic ridges on the base that snap on the inside lip of the glass. They are a little small for consumption of red wine. I washed the glasses with soap had hot water before using, but upon first use, there was a metallic smell. I'll continue using them and hope that the odor goes away.I'll give it 4 stars for now. Since they are well made and look great. |
