I imagine though that it's not Amazon's fault for the misrepresentation, cause Coleman has those dimensions written on the package. However, the actual dimensions of the table are 35" by 24". The table itself is fairly small, fine for two people but tight for four. The frame seems reasonably sturdy as do the benches. You don't get the sense that this thing is going collapse and hurt you because it is so cheaply put together. It sets up quickly, you basically unhook the benches from the table and slide four small poles into the table legs and you are done. Four normal sized, reasonably thin adults would be very, very cramped sitting at the table with these benches. So if it seats four as claimed, then two of the four better be small children. For two people it would be fine, and if you had two other chairs in addition to the benches, I could see maybe four people playing cards around this table, but really no more than that.When folded up it is reasonably compact, but not as light as you might think. I love how easily it sets up, how neatly it all packs up, and how well designed it is. Lightweight, too! The only thing I can complain about is that the little latches on the sides need to be tightened every once in a while. But I do love this little table. Money well spent! |
