This product is a spray. The other product, which is also a concentrate, is mixed with water and poured at the base of the plants. The plants then absorb it through the root system, internalize the insecticide, and kill insects when they take a bite out of the plant.I wanted the other product because I have problems with Fuchsia mites, and I read on some gardening websites that it would kill them. Despite this product's name, which includes "mite control," I've sprayed my Fuchsias no less than three times according to the instructions, and it did not kill the Fuchsia mites. I've now bought the other product, and am trying it. Bayer should not name two very different products so similarly, and have the labels look confusingly the same. I now have 123 roses, i have lost some to Rose Rosette Disease(every rosarian knows about that disease), it is caused by an affected mite landing on your roses,, which can sicken your bush and eventually kill out the bush. I had switched from the concentrated rose food which contained the mite killer, i wanted an easier way to feed my roses. I started purchasing this product and spraying it on using a pump. It controls the pest,mildew, and the mites. I use this product bi-weekly, my roses is never without their spray program and Bayer 3 in 1 Diesease and Mite Control helps to keep them healthy. |
