It looks like a pretty waterproof bag for that situation. It is smooth and attractive (I got the blue) and very roomy. In packing so far I have been able to fit snorkelling gear and a thick life vest and if I pack carefully, I will be able to fit basic clothes for my week and an extra pair of shoes. The best part is, I am using this as my only luggage and it fits the dimensions of a carry on. The straps feel pretty comfortable, maybe not the most padded you can buy, but seem adequate. The waist belt will make it easier to carry. I got about 40 lbs of gear into it. As long as you pack it right, it is pretty comfortable to carry. The Bag kept all of my gear dry. We never capsized nor test it in the rain. I do not regret this purchase at all and would suggest it to a friend. |
