I first heard about Mora knives on YouTube. Decided I had to have one. So I bought one. Then another. And another. Now I am a proud owner of 7 of these great knives. All are extremely sharp. But this is the sharpest knife of them all. The handle on this knife is a little bigger then the others and fits my big hands great. The blade is very thick and strong. The sheath is nothing great but I think that is one way to keep the cost of the knife down. Very affordable and a great value.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thicker spine and handle, May 17, 2012

I've been waiting for mora to come up with a knife this thick and very, very affordable. The spine is .126" thick and the handle has more belly in it. The knife came with a rougher unfinished spine, there were stamping burrs I've never seen this bad compared to my 2 other carbon steel mora knife, I spent an hour polishing the spine on a diamond sharpening pad and now it looks very decent. Harry Epstein surprised me with fast delivery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mora Robust, May 29, 2012

Looks like another winner from Mora. What else is there to be said about Moras? They're terrific for the price. I've used the triflex model for a few years and was very impressed with the quality. This one is no different. A solid offering with a thicker steel for those who wanted more "robust" mora. Although it's thicker at 1/8", it's not a sharpened crowbar. As usual, razor sharpness and slightly larger but comfortable handle with very simple plastic sheath. The knife clicks in the sheath and stays there without rattle. (I've bought numerous much more expensive knives. Some of them didn't come with a sheath at all yet others came with crappy sheaths) This is a very good utility knife without any tactical gimmickery.
