I have been very pleased with this product. It is a generic version of Demand CS. It has no smell, and did not stain anything on my house. The bugs were quick to die, and, over the course of the next 7 -10 days, the product continued to visibly kill, as I kept seeing new bug carcasses. It has a sustained release mechanism, so it is supposed to work for even longer than that. I can not attest to the longevity of the residual kill, because it took care of the infestation really well. I have to admit, I did enjoy seeing the little pests drop of the wall at random. The squeeze bottle has a built in measuring cup for easy measuring. The only complaint I have is that the measuring cup does not have enough quantity levels marked on the side (1 oz. 1/2 oz. etc.), but it is still useful. Using this product saved us several hundreds of dollars vs. using an exterminator. I still have enough concentrate left for 8 more applications at the higher concentration rate. The direction...
